What type of adhesive do you use on your fingerjoint material?
All of the adhesives we use are considered to be of exterior grade. We utilize several hardwood and softwood species and several veneer thicknesses, which allows us to design the most efficient, cost-effective product for a specific application.
What is the difference between industrial LVL and traditional LVL?
Our industrial LVL products are made to service a specific end use or solve a specific problem in a given area of manufacturing or performance in the field. They are truly specialty products, because each part is engineered for a specific end use in mind. Although traditional LVL is also specific to an end use, it is a commoditized product, not a specialty product.

Can you produce specialty MDO or HDO products?
Yes. We manufacture a number of MDO, HDO, and PSF specialty panels in several formats for different customers and different markets. We manufacture a number of special rip widths in MDO, HDO, and PSF panels and special lengths and rip widths in MDO products.
Can you do specialty siding patterns?
Yes. In fact, with the proper drawing or samples, we can even match a specific pattern from a previous era

Do you anti-stain treat?
Yes, anti-stain treatment is sustainable for approximately four to six months, depending on the time of year.
Do you P.E.T. (Precision End Trim)?
Standard precision end trims for 2 x 4 and 2 x 6 are done regularly. Please inquire regarding other requests.
