Our Laminated Veneer Millwork products feature a unique parallel veneer layout with strategically located solid veneer crossbands specifically engineered for a straighter, stronger and consistently reliable component. Additional strengths include our Type I Exterior laminating glues and a controlled moisture content of just 6 - 8%. Plus, each and every piece is precision manufactured to your exact dimensions to save time and eliminate waste -- and each provides a machining surface compatible with all pre-hanging equipment. So whether you need a standard size or a custom size, you'll get exactly the size you're after. You can even rip back the solid wood edge strips for remodels and retrofits. PacFrame® is laminated with a two-step application of Dynea Medium Density Overlay that resists weathering and virtually eliminates face checking, raised grain and fingerjoint separation. Whatever the weather. We'll also apply a high-quality latex primer for faster finishing with less paint and labor or seal the exterior edges with a solid wood edgeband for the look and appeal of natural wood. It's even available with a factory-applied topcoat. Either way, PacFrame® saves time and money at the start and extends the life of the finish. Our exterior frames include standard weather-strip kerf and dados for head jamb and sill. They're also available with or without exterior and interior pine edge strips. Interior frames can be ordered with double rabbets, with or without head and sill dados or as a flat jamb and head. |
