Each PacWork® component is a precision engineered Laminated Veneer Millwork product featuring a unique parallel veneer layout designed with the proper number of crossbands for your specific application. They're stiffer, straighter and flat-out stronger than lumber or ordinary composite products. They virtually eliminate cup, bow or crook. Provide greater dimensional stability and strength-to-weight ratios than OSB. And outperform competitive products in both price and durability. And here's the best part: each and every component is uniformly flat and true, so you're assured of the same quality and performance with each piece, every time you order. That's a smart start, but we've got an even better finish: PacWork® components are available in a wide range of options: Core only. Core with edge strips and/or face veneer for the traditional look of solid wood. Core with high pressure laminates. Vertical or horizontal layups. Horizontal layup with crossband faces. We'll even rip and chop a component for retrofitting or other special needs and ship it off to you ready to install. Precision custom moulding and tenoning are always available. What's more, specialty parts can be ordered with a Dynea phenolic impregnated overlay to reduce the amount of primer required and to provide a smoother, longer-lasting finish coat. We'll even factory prime and/or finish coat your components in a choice of colors for immediate installation.
